The Modern Education Schools (MES), established in
1997, is a co-educational school that serves grades
from pre Kindergarten till high school.
The School has an enrollment of 1450 students, and
occupies an area of about 11,000 m2. The school has
approximately 80 spacious classrooms, 3 science
laboratories, 4 computer laboratories, 2 libraries,
2 music rooms, 4 art rooms, a well-equipped clinic
with two doctors available throughout the school
hours,
a gymnasium and other sports facilities.
We
adopt modern methods of teaching that motivate all
students to envision new possibilities and inspire
them to contribute to a rapidly changing world.
Extra curricular activities that cater for a wide
variety of interest are major tools that contribute
to our students’ growth and development.
We have a unique educational system where the young
learner is not a passive recipient of information,
but an active and positive participant of the
learning process – a process that encourages and
triggers critical thinking, creativity, imagination,
and self direction towards purposeful activities.
MES; School of Life – life of continuous learning –
is what we prepare young children to cope with.
MES has three educational divisions that have all
been accredited in 2001 by “The Commission for
International Trans-regional Accreditation” (CITA).
They are:
1- The National Division
[ MES ]
2- The
British Division [ MEBS ]
3- The American
Division [ MEAS ]
